Our Opinion

Boots have been firm believers in emotional advertising at Xmas for several years now, focusing on family stories and the power of gifting to bring people closer together. This mother/daughter story is their highest placed ad yet, perhaps because of the familiar-yet-different song as well as the strong storyline. The length numbed a few viewers, but by sticking to its emotional guns Boots have avoided a blue Christmas.
