Celebrities were everywhere in this year’s ads, but the best ones weaved the celebrities into a funny commercial, rather than expecting their fame to do the work by itself. If you’ve got a quarterback and a supermodel, create an ad which needs a quarterback and a supermodel to work. And Buick’s ad worked absolutely fine: cute, funny, and appropriate for the occasion.
