Our Opinion

A strong 4-Star ad from British TV station Channel 4, this focuses not on the Rio Olympics but on the Paralympics, held shortly after. Like ‘Thank You Mom’, this is a return to a proven winning theme – the idea that Paralympian achievements are superhuman, which Channel 4 used in a very successful ad in 2012 (the clashing wheelchair shots are visual reminders of that commercial). Another montage, it’s the longest and most visually spectacular ad on our countdown.
