Tide’s clever ad broke the ‘fourth wall’ between the event, the ad and the audience, with sports announcer Terry Bradshaw fleeing the studio mid-game to get a stain on his shirt sorted out. Slapstick ensued, and the audience loved it. A 5-Star ad in a category that’s been sadly known for tediously functional commercials – well done Tide.
